]Two types of busbar materials, copper alloy and
aluminum alloy, are selected for optimizing cost,
weight, and energy density.

Optimizing over-molded and insulator film (PET) added enables complex busbar assemblies with high energy density, durability, and electrical safety, as well as low CTE mismatching stresses.
