BizLink Holding Inc. Schließt die Übernahme von Speedy Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd ab

TAIPEI, April 07, 2020 –BizLink Holding Inc., a leading global interconnect solutions provider, announced today it has completed the transaction to wholly acquire Speedy Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd. Speedy Industrial's financials will be consolidated into BizLink's from April 07, 2020.

Speedy Industrial recorded sales of SGD 31.4 million in FY19, and has about 250 employees. This deal includes the acquisition of two production facilities, one in Singapore and one in Malaysia, new product offerings and services, and a strong set of complementary customers.
