BD Manager
Identify & develop new target customers for HCBU and work with global team to align business development strategy setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic development of new businesses by acquiring new target customers
- Realization of global business development strategy through tactical sales measures
- Develop and maintain a hunting list according to business development strategies and active approach of ‘hunting list customers’
- Sales and profit responsibility for the new customers, manage business relationship with customers, increase customer loyalty
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Over 5 years' business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success at selling high value and complex medical device products, components and/or services
- Good command of English
