BD Manager

Identify & develop new target customers for HCBU and work with global team to align business development strategy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development of new businesses by acquiring new target customers
  • Realization of global business development strategy through tactical sales measures
  • Develop and maintain a hunting list according to business development strategies and active approach of ‘hunting list customers’
  • Sales and profit responsibility for the new customers, manage business relationship with customers, increase customer loyalty
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
  • Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Over 5 years' business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success at selling high value and complex medical device products, components and/or services
  • Good command of English
