Talent Management (Sr.)Manager

This Talent Management (Sr.) Manager role is responsible for the full spectrum of the talent lifecycle, from performance management and succession planning to career and leadership development. You will develop and implement integrated talent solutions that attract, develop, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to use data-driven insights to shape organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management plan, including talent review, succession planning, performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Align talent initiatives with business goals and forecast future talent needs.

Performance Management:

  • Develop enterprise performance review process, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure a fair and consistent approach to evaluating employee performance.

Succession Planning:

  • Identify key roles and high-potential employees to build a robust succession pipeline.
  • Create development plans to prepare future leaders and ensure business continuity.

Leadership Development:

  • Design, implement, and manage Leadership development programs, such as training workshops, mentorship and coaching programs.

Data Analysis:

  • Use talent analytics to track key metrics, such as employee engagement, turnover rates, and performance trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.

Consultation & Coaching:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on talent-related matters, providing guidance on career paths, performance issues, and team development.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a dedicated talent management role. Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications talent assessment. Such as Hogan or 360 degree, etc.

Skills:

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence others, with strong project management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analysis tools.
  • Interpersonal: High emotional intelligence and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and connect talent initiatives to organizational success.
  • Others: Proficient level of English Communication(verbal and written), multi-national talent development solution exposures.
