Senior Customer Service Specialist
BizLink is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Specialist to serve as a vital link between our global clients and internal cross-functional teams. You will manage end-to-end order processing, forecast tracking, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. By mentoring junior staff and actively engaging with key accounts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and driving operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales requirements proactively, including the preparation of accurate quotations, lead-time estimations, and comprehensive cost analyses.
- Communicate and coordinate closely with cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, PMC, Manufacturing, and PE) to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
- Engage proactively with key accounts to continuously track customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify evolving business needs.
- Manage the complete customer order lifecycle, including SAP system order entry, material and production schedule follow-ups, shipping system maintenance, and invoice generation.
- Oversee customer forecast (FCST) management, formulate proactive material preparation plans, track incoming orders, and lead weekly order/shipping alignment discussions with clients and internal sales teams.
- Guide, train, and mentor junior Customer Service Representatives to elevate the overall service capability and performance of the CSR team.
- Execute other administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in customer service, sales support, or order management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) to ensure seamless and professional communication with global clients.
- High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong practical experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Solid operational skills in document control, administrative processing, handling inbound inquiries, data entry, CRM maintenance, and customer complaint resolution.
- Highly meticulous, patient, and detail-oriented approach to addressing and fulfilling diverse customer needs.
- Exceptional proactive attitude with the ability to promptly relay customer feedback to internal teams and provide rapid, effective responses to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills to facilitate smooth internal coordination and external client relations.
