Sales Assistant

To handle and monitor the commercial and administrative aspects of customer enquiries and orders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Sales Administration (ADV) processes and execute the complete order cycle, including generating quotes and offers.
  • Execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities and provide dedicated sales support.
  • Manage administrative processes, specifically focusing on export control compliance.
  • Process and oversee invoicing management for all customer orders.

Job Requirements

  • Sales and Sales Administration Training (A-level to Bachelor’s degree).
  • Sales administration and/or in-house sales role in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of sales management software.
  • Experience in customer relations.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Autonomy, initiative, customer service mindset, strong communication skills, team spirit, and a desire to learn.
