Sales Account Manager

BizLink is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this dynamic role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and new market research to contract closure. By collaborating closely with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and building strong relationships with key accounts, you will identify customized solutions, uncover cross-selling opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships that solidify our industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive annual sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals and drive market share growth.
  • Identify target industries and conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers (FAE) to consult on customer requirements and design customized product architectures.
  • Lead, drive, and manage the complete product evaluation and qualification processes for key prospective clients.
  • Source, screen, and qualify potential customers through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Manage the complete business cycle, from initial quotation and negotiation to final contract closure.
  • Engage in regular business interactions with key accounts to ensure the health and stability of long-term partnerships.
  • Discover and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, and provide updated market intelligence analysis.
  • Execute other sales initiatives and ad-hoc projects as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven working experience in business development, sales, and technical market development.
  • Fluent proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) to ensure seamless and professional global business communication.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
