Quality Manager
BizLink is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Quality Manager to lead and manage quality systems, product quality control, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality System Management:
- a. Establish, maintain, and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS), such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.
- b. Develop quality-related forms, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- c. Set quality objectives, monitor progress, and analyze achievement status.
- Quality Control and Inspection:
- a. Supervise Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
- b. Ensure products meet design specifications and quality requirements, and control non-conforming products.
- Quality Improvement and Problem Solving:
- a. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues.
- b. Develop and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- c. Handle customer complaints, coordinate internal improvements, and reduce complaint rates.
- Audits and Certifications:
- a. Plan and conduct internal quality audits and management reviews.
- b. Manage and coordinate external certification audits, including customer audits and third-party certifications.
- Supplier Quality Management:
- a. Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and improvement guidance.
- b. Manage the quality of components and raw materials.
- Team Management and Collaboration:
- a. Manage quality department personnel, assign responsibilities, and provide training.
- b. Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaborate with R&D and production departments to ensure product quality.
- Other Responsibilities:
- a. Manage laboratory instrument calibration and maintenance.
- b. Support quality reviews during the Design Quality Control (DQC) stage of product development.
- c. Report quality status to management and customers.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- More than 10 years of relevant work experience.
- In-depth understanding of quality management standards and tools, such as SPC and Six Sigma.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Good cross-functional collaboration and customer management skills.
