Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate department work goals and plans, and divide and allocate department work tasks for review and guidance (delivery time achievement rate, material proportion, inventory turnover days, inventory sales ratio, quotation winning rate, customer satisfaction, project successful mass production rate, improvement implementation, etc.).
  • Assist CSR and PJM in handling difficult problems.
  • Review the execution of CSR and PJM work and provide guidance.
  • Train, motivate, evaluate, and assess CSR and PJM.
  • Provide corresponding reports.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience in projects and customer service.
  • Background in a large factory.
  • Familiar with the manufacturing process.
