Production Supervisor
- Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the overall production activities within the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior/ Production Executive in monitoring the overall production line performance.
- Responsible for daily production target achievement.
- To lead and motivate a group of production leaders, technician, MH, clerk, Manufacturing Specialist and operators to meet manufacturing goals.
- To ensure that manpower is properly utilized and controlled to minimize bottlenecks in the production lines through constant monitoring of production planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in Production Manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership roles with a track record of success in optimizing production processes and leading teams.
- Strong decisionmaking and people management skills
