Production Section Manager
The Production Section Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence at BizLink, a leading global supplier of interconnect solutions. This position is responsible for coordinating comprehensive production arrangements, driving process quality, and maximizing manufacturing efficiency on the shop floor. The manager ensures that production operations are safe, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly, directly impacting the on-time delivery of critical components across various technology and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production arrangements—encompassing personnel, machinery, materials, methods, the environment, and testing—based on the production plan provided by the Production Control Department.
- Schedule production and monitor progress in accordance with the production plan to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure process quality stability and improve production efficiency.
- Conserve resources and energy, minimize material waste, and manage process anomalies.
- Oversee shop-floor management and staff training to build a high-performing team.
- Manage all departmental operations to ensure safe, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly production.
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in the cable and wire sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing management principles.
- Engineering management skills and relevant theoretical knowledge (e.g., in engineering disciplines) are preferred.
- Competence in methods and techniques for evaluating subordinates; strong communication, coordination, and verbal expression skills.
- Resilience, self-awareness, team spirit, cross-departmental communication skills, and a big-picture perspective.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
