Process Engineering Manager
BizLink is seeking a strategic and hands-on Process Engineering Manager to lead and elevate our dynamic process engineering team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee New Product Introductions (NPI), drive continuous process improvements, and ensure the highest standards of manufacturing efficiency. By setting departmental OKR/KPIs, managing essential engineering documentation (such as PPAP, SOP, and CP), and directing fixture design, you will play a critical part in elevating our production capabilities and ensuring seamless transitions from development to stable mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the process engineering team to foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Create, review, and meticulously manage critical manufacturing engineering documentation, including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Control Plans (CP).
- Direct the structural design, fabrication, and comprehensive lifecycle management of highly effective production and testing fixtures.
- Lead and oversee all engineering aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) trial runs to ensure smooth operational transitions into mass production.
- Manage rigorous manufacturing process controls, conduct in-depth root cause analysis for production anomalies, and implement effective, sustainable corrective actions.
- Oversee the comprehensive operations, material flow, and systematic management of the engineering sample room.
- Define, implement, and rigorously track departmental Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with corporate strategic goals.
- Execute other strategic engineering projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc managerial assignments as directed by upper management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven professional working experience in process engineering, with a solid background in a supervisory or managerial capacity within the manufacturing industry.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for professional technical communication and global documentation alignment.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD for precise engineering design and analytical reporting.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with advanced product quality planning frameworks and engineering change management.
- Exceptional leadership, cross-functional communication, and strategic planning skills, coupled with a highly analytical and problem-solving mindset.
