Plastic Injection Molding Technician
BizLink is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Plastic Injection Molding Technician to drive the efficiency and quality of our connector production. In this role, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to manage mold setups, optimize machine parameters, and independently troubleshoot production anomalies. By ensuring the meticulous maintenance of our injection machines and supporting new product trials, you will play a vital role in meeting our manufacturing targets and maintaining our high production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute precise mold setup and removal procedures for daily production, configure operational parameters, and perform machine adjustments to resolve any product anomalies.
- Achieve designated production targets while actively analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving on-site manufacturing issues.
- Perform daily inspections, routine upkeep, and preventative maintenance on plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal equipment condition.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support new product material trials, mold testing, and prototype sampling.
- Execute other production-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven, hands-on working experience specifically in connector plastic injection molding.
- Basic understanding and proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve common injection molding defects.
- Deep familiarity with various mold structures and the physical characteristics of different plastic materials.
- Strong proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying 2D engineering drawings.
- Solid capability in performing maintenance and basic repairs for injection molding machines and their peripheral equipment.
- Highly preferred: Practical operational experience with JSW, Fanuc, and Multiplas vertical injection molding machines.
