PE Engineer
As a PE Engineer at BizLink, you will spearhead process development and NPI for our Busbar products. Leveraging your expertise in sheet metal processing and CAD/ProE, you will optimize end-to-end manufacturing workflows—from diffusion welding to electroplating—and effectively resolve on-site anomalies to drive production excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Busbar product cutting, stacking, diffusion welding, stamping, polishing, bending and shaping, electroplating, and other processes; able to independently complete process development and optimization.
- Create NPI data for Busbar products and improve on-site issues.
- Proficient in using Office software, with basic knowledge of CAD/ProE and other drafting software; those who can use data analysis tools such as Minitab are preferred.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Automation; Electrical Engineering and Automation; Mold Design and Manufacturing.
- Relevant experience in copper/aluminum busbar or busbar product processing and manufacturing.
- Proficient in sheet metal part design standards and rules.
- Experience in analyzing and improving on-site anomalies in sheet metal parts or busbar products.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork spirit, and independent communication and coordination skills.
