Manufacturing Production Operator
BizLink is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Operators to join our dynamic production floor. You will be hands-on in the assembly of our high-quality wire harnesses and interconnect products, ensuring every piece meets our rigorous quality standards. This role is essential to our daily manufacturing output and is perfect for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and are eager to develop versatile manufacturing skills through cross-training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise wire cutting operations according to production specifications and work orders.
- Execute terminal crimping with high accuracy to ensure secure and reliable electrical connections.
- Conduct product assembly and careful wire routing based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine visual inspections and functional testing to maintain uncompromised product quality.
- Handle final packaging and accurate labeling of finished products for inventory or shipment.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep the workspace clean, safe, and highly organized.
- Execute other production-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent basic hand-eye coordination with the dexterity to handle detailed assembly work.
- Strong physical and mental stamina, with the ability to maintain focus and efficiency while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime in response to dynamic production capacity adjustments and customer demands.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to participate in multi-skill cross-training programs to support various production line needs.
- Plus: Previous hands-on experience in wire harness assembly is highly preferred.
