HR Specialist

This role focuses on executing key people-centric functions. The primary responsibilities include managing the company's annual training and development programs, implementing corporate culture initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement through events and activities. This position is ideal for an HR professional with a strong background in training, employee relations, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the annual training programs, including coordinating internal and external courses, sourcing instructors, and tracking post-training effectiveness.
  • Responsible for driving corporate culture initiatives, including the promotion and implementation of the company's Nine Leadership Principles and core values.
  • Enhance employee engagement and organizational commitment to strengthen the corporate culture and team cohesion.
  • Assist in establishing the training system, including planning process documentation and preparing for evaluations (e.g., audits), to improve the professionalism and external recognition of our training programs.
  • Plan and support recruitment activities, such as campus job fairs and BizLink Career Day events.
  • Manage employee relations, including the planning and execution of labor-management council meetings and administrative meetings.
  • Participate in company projects and handle applications for government programs (such as TTQS - Talent Quality-management System).
  • Serve as the coordinator for the Employee Welfare Committee, responsible for planning and executing company events like birthday celebrations, holiday activities, employee outings, and the year-end banquet.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in corporate training, talent development, or a related Human Resources field.
  • Familiar with the end-to-end training cycle, including needs analysis, course design, instructor sourcing and coordination, and post-training evaluation and effectiveness tracking.
  • Experienced in promoting corporate culture, with skills in copywriting and planning promotional activities.
  • Experience in developing training materials is a plus
