HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner provides full-spectrum HR support to a designated business unit, including talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational change. You will use HR data and coaching to drive operational excellence and support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Understand the business group’s goals, challenges, and opportunities, and align HR initiatives to support them.
- Proactively identify HR needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide HR insights and recommendations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
Talent Management:
- Partner with site leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Support talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and training and development programs.
- Identify and address talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Performance Management:
- Provide insights to business leaders on employee performance and its impact on business results.
- Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure that performance ratings are consistent and fair across different departments and managers.
- Advise on how to use performance data to inform talent management decisions, such as succession planning and career development.
Organizational Development:
- Support the implementation of employee engagement surveys.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Facilitate team-building and organizational development activities.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on leadership development and team effectiveness.
- Identify and address organizational development needs.
HR Operations Excellence:
- Administer Corp HR programs and processes implementation in each site, to ensure the execution complies with Corp HR policy and guidelines.
- Prepare and present HR reports to support business leaders in making decisions on organization management.
- Coaching site HR on improving operational, supporting the development, retention, and engagement of employees.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Relevant HR certifications, e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc., are a plus.
