High Power Connector Engineer
BizLink is seeking an innovative High Power Connector Engineer to join our advanced R&D team. Focusing on next-generation power transmission, you will be responsible for the mechanical design, thermal simulation, and rigorous testing of high power interconnect solutions. By leveraging advanced CAD and CAE tools, you will solve complex thermal and structural challenges to ensure our products meet strict industry regulations and performance standards. This role is highly suited for analytical engineering professionals or outstanding graduates eager to drive technological advancements in high-power applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the mechanical design, structural development, and continuous optimization of high power connector products.
- Research, understand, and strictly apply relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements to all product designs.
- Design comprehensive product testing procedures and conduct in-depth analysis of test data results to validate product reliability and performance.
- Execute other advanced engineering projects and ad-hoc R&D assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- No prior working experience is strictly required; highly motivated entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for technical documentation and professional communication.
- High proficiency in mechanical design CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in heat transfer and thermal simulation, with proficiency in tools such as Icepak or similar software.
- Plus: Familiarity and practical ability to use Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis software, such as ABAQUS.
- Plus: Academic research topics, projects, or thesis work specifically focused on connectors or cable assemblies is highly preferred
