Facility Engineer

BizLink is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facility Engineer to oversee the critical utility systems and infrastructure that power our manufacturing excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and optimization of facility equipment, including power, HVAC, and firefighting systems. By leading energy-saving initiatives, supervising construction projects, and ensuring rapid troubleshooting of utility anomalies, you will provide a stable and efficient environment that supports our global production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc inspections and management of facility equipment, factory buildings, and general affairs infrastructure.
  • Formulate and execute annual and quarterly facility management goals and strategic work plans.
  • Proactively plan facility requirements to support production expansion and provide rigorous supervision for ongoing construction projects.
  • Maintain high-level troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities for facility and utility systems to ensure minimal operational downtime.
  • Manage the routine maintenance of all public utilities and equipment to ensure consistent and safe operation.
  • Analyze facility equipment and electrical facilities to propose and implement effective energy-saving improvement solutions.
  • Respond to factory emergencies promptly and lead the restoration of facility equipment to normal operational status.
  • Manage and maintain company property, fixed assets, and office equipment related to facilities and general affairs.
  • Provide professional facility-related services and maintain seamless communication with all internal departments.
  • Execute daily administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in facility management or utility engineering.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for technical and professional communication.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD.
  • Proven technical expertise in HVAC, electromechanical systems, power distribution, water systems, and fire safety equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in managing high/low voltage power supply, cleanrooms, air compressors, exhaust systems, and chillers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with public utility companies (e.g., power and water companies), architects, electrical engineers, and external contractors.
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to work in demanding environments, including construction sites and temporary factory setups.
  • Excellent EQ and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide high-quality internal services and rational cross-functional communication.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate facility systems and provide feasible improvement proposals.
  • Highly preferred: Practical experience in factory construction (Greenfield or Brownfield projects) and facility system planning.
  • Possession of professional certifications such as Level B Safety and Health Management, High-Pressure Gas Operation, Energy Management, or Electrical/Plumbing Technician licenses is a strong plus.
