As a CSR Customer Consulting Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading customer engagement initiatives related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This position involves managing customer inquiries on sustainability, compliance, and social responsibility practices, while ensuring the company's responses align with both client expectations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set departmental goals, lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve the company's service goals.
- Maintain customers and establish good interactive relationships.
- Internally correspond to the company's business needs, including quotation, delivery date, and order confirmation and processing.
- Assist the business team with quotation strategy and cost analysis.
- Set annual customer satisfaction goals, as well as conduct customer satisfaction surveys, compilations, and analyses.
- Serve as a window for communication and coordination with customers, accepting and handling customer complaints and returns, and exchanges.
- Matters assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Handle customer needs carefully and patiently.
- Be highly proactive, respond to customer feedback immediately and internally, and reply to customers quickly.
- Good communication skills.
