Connector Engineer / Senior Connector Engineer
BizLink is seeking a skilled and innovative Connector Engineer / Senior Connector Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. Focusing on cutting-edge server applications, you will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and continuous optimization of precision electronic connectors. By leveraging your mechanical design expertise and proactive problem-solving skills, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performance interconnect solutions that meet the rigorous demands of the rapidly growing data center and cloud computing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive structural analysis and innovative mechanical design for electronic connector products, with a specific focus on server applications.
- Create, modify, and manage detailed product engineering 2D/3D drawings and precise technical specifications.
- Analyze product design issues or manufacturing challenges thoroughly and develop effective technical solutions and countermeasures.
- Execute other engineering projects, continuous improvement tasks, and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven working experience in mechanical or product design.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for technical documentation and communication.
- Strong proficiency in mechanical design CAD software, specifically PTC Creo Elements/Direct and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, structural analysis, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Prior hands-on experience in mechanical structure design and product development is highly preferred.
