Key Responsibilities:

Strategic AI Orchestration: Lead the development and continuous refinement of the holistic, group-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment between technological potential and long-term business goals.‍
Business Processes Analysis: Run required analysis on existing processes (e.g., using SAP Signavio or other BPM tools) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, as well as to quantify the benefits of “to-be” processes with integrated AI and automation solutions.‍
Cross-Domain Opportunity Scouting: Act as a strategic partner across all department domains to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases through a fully holistic business lens.‍
Business Transformation Design: Define "how" AI is employed within business processes by designing integrated "to-be" workflows that bridge the gap between legacy operations and intelligent automation.‍
Strategic Portfolio Management: Build and govern a structured portfolio of AI initiatives, translating high-level strategic decisions into actionable implementation roadmaps.‍
Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, in particular the EU AI Act; ensure the ethical and legal compliance of implemented solutions while closely collaborating with Legal and IT Security departments.‍
Value-Driven Governance: Establish decision-making frameworks and KPIs to ensure all AI investments deliver measurable strategic value and operational excellence.‍
Collaborative Facilitation: Lead cross-functional strategy workshops (e.g., Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping) to foster a unified vision for AI across the organization.‍
Holistic Requirements Engineering: Translate complex business needs into structured technical specifications, ensuring that AI solutions are built to solve core organizational challenges.‍
Change & Innovation Leadership: Serve as the central catalyst for AI-driven process transformation, guiding the organization through the cultural and operational shifts required for digital maturity.

Job Requirements

Strategy & Portfolio Management: Proven experience in strategy development, digital transformation, or management consulting; demonstrated track record of managing structured project portfolios and translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps.‍
AI & Technology Understanding: Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, NLP, RPA) and a clear vision of how to apply them to solve real-world business challenges.‍
Process Excellence & Tooling: Deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPM). Proficiency in process modeling/mining tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, Celonis) and methodologies such as BPMN 2.0, Lean, or Six Sigma.‍
Value-Driven Analytics: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quantify the business impact of "to-be" processes, build compelling business cases, and establish KPI frameworks for governance.‍
Requirements Engineering: Skilled at translating complex, cross-domain business requirements into structured technical specifications for implementation teams.‍
Communication & Facilitation: Excellent skills in leading cross-functional workshops (e.g., Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping) and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.‍
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
