BizLink Expands Global Reach with Acquisition of Cable Connection, Strengthening Position in Key Industries
BizLink Holding Inc. (TWSE: 3665) (“BizLink”), a global leader in interconnect solutions, announced that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Cable Connection Inc. (“Cable Connection”), a Fremont, California-based company that provides new product introduction and box build solutions to customers for various industries, including for healthcare, automotive, communications, semiconductor, and aerospace. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition will be financed through an all-cash transaction. Further information will be provided upon the closing of this deal.
Cable Connection’s proven track record in providing full-service custom cable assembly, wire harness, injection molding, high speed machining , and box build solutions will complement BizLink’s technological capabilities and broaden its customer base. The addition of Cable Connection to BizLink’s portfolio will further strengthen its position in key markets and enhance its service offering.
