Customer Service (CSR)
Responsibilities
- To promote and explain precise information over to customers
- To provide customer service at all times
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or any discipline
- 1 year experience in Customer Service and manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and communicates well at all levels
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literacy in MicroSoft Office
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin language as need to liaise with customers from China
