Responsibilities

  • To promote and explain precise information over to customers
  • To provide customer service at all times
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or any discipline
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service and manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and communicates well at all levels
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy in MicroSoft Office
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Must be able to converse in Mandarin language as need to liaise with customers from China
