Location: Greater China-China-Fujian (Xiamen)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supplier management, review and implementation monitoring of quality plans.
• Responsible for participating in the Audit of new suppliers, summarizing and urging suppliers to rectify non-compliance issues until the case is closed
• Responsible for monitoring the daily delivery quality of suppliers, conducting monthly supplier quality evaluations, issuing SACR for abnormal problems in a timely manner, and tracking the rectification responses to the problems until the case is closed
• Responsible for the handling of material abnormalities, timely analysis of abnormal problems, and rapid containment to prevent recurrence of defects
• Responsible for formulating annual supplier plans, determining annual priorities, and tracking improvements to audit issues
• Responsible for completing other matters assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:

• College degree or above, good English
• More than two years of relevant SQE work experience
• Quality management knowledge, quality management system knowledge
• Familiar with the five core tools of IATF16949 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and customer-specific requirements
