Location: Indonesia-Batam

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the management team at company.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, meeting communication and memos when necessary.
  • Manage and provide administration work assistance related to the business unit, landlords, vendors and government authorities for contractual agreement, licenses, appointments and meetings as necessary.
  • Provide support in project events coordination and oversee all administration and logistical requirements including accommodation, transportation and immigration visa arrangement for relevant parties as necessary.
  • Manage inventory control and replenishment of office supplies & stationery while to ensure office equipment and room facilities are kept in good condition at the same time and provide supporting corrective action in breakdown events.
  • Prepare and monitor budget utilization for general affair related cost on required period
  • Manage and update routine reports relevant to company and office administration requirements.
  • Maintaining general office files, including agreement, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Provide administrative support for staff on-boarding and exit process when necessary
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business administration or other related field studies
  • Minimum 5 years as general affairs role in general industry and ideally from Manufacturing industry
  • Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with government authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and organized in work output to meet deadlines
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
  • Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
