Production
Equipment
 Tongying
has it's own copper fabrication as well as it's own plating
line. The number of copper fabrication machines are nine plus
two plating lines. The capacity on one line equals 4 metric ton
per month.
Tongying have a
in-house PVC powder manufacturing unit. They account for three extrusion
machines that have the ability to manufacture 400 metric tons of
PVC
per month.
 Our
38 spiral machines have a capacity
of 2000 rpm.
Five copper
foil braiding machines with capacity of 1200 - 1500 rpm.
38 copper wire
braiding machines with a capacity of 50 - 150 meter per min.
 We
have 23 Extrusion machines divided in wire extrusion and foam
skin extruders.
