Position Description:
Design research methodology and formulate analytical models to conduct physical simulations and quality measurement for optical fiber cable related products and interconnect technologies. Devise methodology and use statistical programming to acquire and reduce data and perform complicated calculation to analyze and evaluate data. Use mathematical terms to describe and analyze research and data analysis results. Design computer simulations to conduct signal integrity and mechanical stress simulations. Design experiment to conduct design verification with fixture design and lab testing. Collaborate with other scientists and engineers of design team and manufacturing unit to solve technical issues and ensure products are mass-producible.
Require:
Ph.D. in Physics with background in Electrodynamics and Optics, Light and Matter and Relativity, Oscillation and Waive and Fields, Lab Electricity and Magnetism, Math Methods-Physics, Statistical Physics and Statistical Programming, Data Acquisition System and Data Reduction, Measurement of Electron Emission.
