Most products are manufactured in our two facilities in China, where lead times average 6 to
8 weeks. For complex products built on-site in the US, lead times are measured in days.

BizLink's customer service representatives are there to provide support when you need to
know where a shipment is. Aside from your account executive, our customer support team

How are cables typically shipped?
Cables from China are generally shipped by boat; expedited air shipment is available for
an additional charge. Travel times average 2.5 weeks. Customs clearance and final destination
transportation are added to this base travel time. Most cables are shipped FOB our Fremont, California location.
