Dongles and Adapters: BizLink has developed HDMI dongles and adapters to allow communication between HDMI signals to graphics protocols such as DisplayPort and VGA. Our latest product is the HDMI to VGA dongle shown on the left. This dongle is designed to output graphics from your tablet and smart phone through HDMI port to devices like projector that uses VGA connection.

The video signal is compliant with HDMI 1.3a with resolution up to 1080p. The dongle has passed compatibility test with nVidia Tegra2 (dual-core) and Kal-El (quad-core) platforms. Samples are available in Q2 2011.

Another featured product is the USB to HDMI/DVI/VGA dongle that transforms your USB 2.0 port to high quality video output that can be displayed on any CRT or LCD monitor. The display resolution is up to UXGA 1600x1200 at 24 bit color. This is a niche dongle that adds an additional video output to your computer without the the cost of an additional graphics card. The samples are ready since Q1 2011.

Connectors:
BizLink has developed HDMI type A (Standard), type C (Mini) and the latest type D (Micro) connectors.

• Type A: Standard 19-pin connector measuring 13.9mm by 4.45mm for male plug and 14mm by 4.55mm for female receptacle. We have been shipping these products to the biggest names in the industry since 2005.
• Type C: Miniaturized 19-pin connector defined in HDMI 1.3 measuring 10.42 mm by 2.42 mm for male plug, roughly half the thickness of HDMI type A. These connectors are in mass production.
• Type D: The latest 19-pin connector defined in HDMI 1.4 is also the smallest in the family measuring 6.4mm by 2.8mm for male plug. These connector are best used in smart phone, tablet and other hand-held devices which require the full power of HDMI delivered through the smallest port possible. We are currently shipping these connectors.

Cables:
BizLink has been shipping HDMI cable since its inception. With the release of HDMI 1.4 specification, our HDMI cables series include type D (Micro) connection, Ethernet channel, and improved throughput to 4k x 2k at 24 Hz. We also carry active HDMI cables for long range application.
